Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

In-store pickup
You can also choose local pickup at checkout and pick up your order at our shop: 103 East College Ave, Silver City, NM 88061, during our regular hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm). We'll email you when your order is ready.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and location and will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Bikes and e-bikes
Bikes are available for in-store pickup. If you need a bike shipped, please contact us directly at gilahikeandbike1@gmail.com or 575.388.3222 to arrange freight shipping and discuss cost, since bikes require special packaging and carrier handling.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.
